Members of the Finance Committee are appointed by the Moderator.
Residents interested in serving on this advisory board should contact the Moderator directly or through the Accountant’s Office.
You will be asked to submit a short, written summary of your interest and what qualifications you might have.
You will also be strongly encouraged to attend 2 or 3 Finance Committee meetings so that you can observe the committee in action, and getting a feel for the time commitment and levels of involvement that will be required.
After attending those meetings you will be asked to interview with the Moderator, who will ultimately make a decision on your appointment.
